Emmanuel Osei-Kuffour Jr.
Film & TV Director / Writer
A graduate of Stanford University and NYU Tisch School of the Arts Asia. Having built the foundation of his career in Japan, he is renowned for his nuanced, deeply human storytelling. He has directed highly acclaimed projects, including episodes of the Emmy Award-winning series SHOGUN, Netflix's The Recruit and The Midnight Club, Amazon/Blumhouse's Black Box, and Star Trek: Discovery.
Kyo Kasumi
Fight Director / Stunt Coordinator / Producer
Kasumi studied under action director Masatsugu Takase in Japan for15 years, becoming a master of the TATE Hatoryu sword fighting style. She established America's first TATE sword fighting dojo in NY in 2014. She works globally as a stunt coordinator, including in Italy / Venezuela / Death Has No Master (Cannes Directors' Fortnight), France / MEXICO 86 (Locarno opening), and Japan / Gold Boy. She is known for helping actors bring authenticity to action through acting.
